We design everything in Canada. Many items (like phone cases and apparel) are made to order with our trusted North American partners. Select products are sourced from vetted manufacturers overseas.

Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and product ordered. Enter your address at checkout to confirm if we can ship to your location.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical address at checkout to avoid delays.

Items ship from our studio in Canada. Made to order items ship directly from our trusted partner facilities in Canada and the U.S. to keep delivery quick and shipping fees lower. (Some items may arrive in separate parcels.)

You will receive an email with your order details and tracking number when your order is ready to ship. You can track your order using your order or tracking number on our order tracking page.

Short answer:

No. Any import duties/taxes are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Fees & Duties:

Check the “Ships from” note on our product pages. Domestic shipments rarely incur import fees; cross-border shipments may. Any duties/VAT (including U.S. Section 301 “Trump tariffs,” where applicable) are set by your country and paid by the buyer at delivery. We don’t control or reimburse government fees.

We’ve recently increased shipping prices for products shipped from Canada to help cover these tariff costs. While this reduces the likelihood of surprise fees, customs charges are ultimately determined by your government, and in some cases, additional duties/taxes may still apply.

Ships from note: Orders shipping within your country usually don’t incur import duties. Cross-border shipments can.
