Return & Exchange Policy


14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Before proceeding, please ensure your item(s) meet the criteria below and that you are within the 14-day return window.

What Items Qualify for Returns or Exchanges?

Clothing Items

We understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky. That’s why Pink Sky Sparkle offers exchanges or store credit for clothing items, minus a 25% restocking fee.

Items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and unworn, with original packaging and all tags attached (if applicable).

Other Eligible Items

Most other products (excluding final sale items listed below) can be returned for store credit, minus a 25% restocking fee.

Restocking Fee

Since many of our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that returned items can be resold. The 25% restocking fee helps cover production costs and allows us to continue offering unique designs. We appreciate your understanding!


Store Credit for Returns

Store credit will be issued via an e-gift card and can be used toward any future purchase.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.


Refunds

At this time, we do not offer refunds—only store credit.


Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

US Customers: If you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return items for free store credit or exchange. If you do not purchase Redo, you can still return items, but you will need to cover the return shipping costs.


Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Stickers, greeting cards, stationery, wrapping paper, and framed wall art
  • Drinkware (mugs, tumblers, water bottles) for hygiene reasons
  • Jewelry (including friendship bracelets) for hygiene reasons
  • Phone cases (Made-to-order, so please ensure you select the correct size and design)
  • Magnets (Made-to-order and non-returnable)
  • Magnetic Power Banks – Only defective or incorrect items may be returned. Contact us within 14 days if you receive the wrong item or a damaged product.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

Wrong Item Received? Please initiate a return in our Return Portal and upload an image showing the original packaging (with address label) and incorrect item clearly in one frame. If approved, we will issue a full refund or store credit—no need to send the item back.

Damaged or Defective Item? Inspect your item immediately upon arrival. If there is an issue, initiate a return in our Return Portal within 14 days. Upload an image showing the original packaging (with address label), the item, and the issue clearly in one frame. If approved, we will issue a full refund or store credit—no need to send the item back.
