Q: Is Pink Sky Sparkle affiliated with the brand "Pink Sky"?
A: Pink Sky Sparkle is an independent, Canadian-owned small business, run by a mother and daughter team. We are not affiliated with Pink Sky or any other brand. We specialize in unique, made-to-order products. Our products are sold exclusively on our official website and through our Etsy shop. We do not sell in any physical retail stores or through any other third-party marketplaces.

Q: Where are your products made?
A: Our products are designed in Canada and printed by trusted production partners in North America. However, some of our non-printed products, such as power banks and MagSafe accessories, ship directly from our overseas partners. This helps reduce costs for customers by avoiding double shipping fees while still ensuring high-quality products. Each product page clearly states where an item ships from.


Orders & Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and product ordered. Enter your address at checkout to confirm if we can ship to your location.

Q: Why do some items ship separately?
A: We work with multiple production partners to bring you a diverse range of products. As a result, some items—such as phone cases, apparel, and mugs—ship from North America, while others—like power banks and MagSafe accessories—ship directly from our overseas partners. If you order multiple items, you may receive separate packages with different tracking numbers.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical address at checkout to avoid delays.

Q: Will I have to pay customs fees or duties?
A: Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Clothing and most other eligible items can be returned for store credit, minus a 25% restocking fee. Some items, including phone cases, magnets, drinkware, and jewelry, are final sale and cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless covered by Redo at checkout.

Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please initiate a return through our Return Portal within 14 days of delivery. You’ll need to upload a photo showing the original packaging (with address label), the item, and the issue clearly in one frame. If approved, we’ll issue a full refund or store credit—no need to send the item back.

Q: Why don’t your products come in fancy packaging?
A: As a small business, we focus on quality products at fair prices rather than expensive branding or packaging. Our goal is to offer beautiful, high-quality designs without unnecessary costs.

Q: Why don’t you have professional photos or videos for every product?
A: Unlike larger brands, we don’t invest in costly professional photo shoots or video production for every design. Since many of our products are made-to-order, it’s not always possible to have physical samples of every item. Instead, we use high-quality mockups to showcase our designs and focus on keeping our pricing affordable.
