No. Pink Sky Sparkle is an independent, Canadian-owned small business, run by a mother and daughter team. We are not affiliated with Pink Sky or any other brand. Our products are sold exclusively on our official website and through our Etsy shop. We do not sell in any physical retail stores or through any other third-party marketplaces.

We design everything in Canada. Many items (like phone cases and apparel) are made to order with our trusted North American partners. Select products are sourced from vetted manufacturers overseas.

Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and product ordered. Enter your address at checkout to confirm if we can ship to your location.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical address at checkout to avoid delays.

Items ship from our studio in Canada. Made to order items ship directly from our trusted partner facilities in Canada and the U.S. to keep delivery quick and shipping fees lower. (Some items may arrive in separate parcels.)

You will receive an email with your order details and tracking number when your order is ready to ship. You can track your order using your order or tracking number on our order tracking page.

Short answer:

No. Any import duties/taxes are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Fees & Duties:

Check the “Ships from” note on our product pages. Domestic shipments rarely incur import fees; cross-border shipments may. Any duties/VAT (including U.S. Section 301 “Trump tariffs,” where applicable) are set by your country and paid by the buyer at delivery. We don’t control or reimburse government fees.

Important Information for U.S. Customers 🇺🇸:

We’ve recently increased shipping prices for products shipped from Canada to help cover these tariff costs. While this reduces the likelihood of surprise fees, customs charges are ultimately determined by your government, and in some cases, additional duties/taxes may still apply.

We know the tariff maze is confusing (and a little absurd)! We’re doing our best to steer through it, and your support helps this tiny shop keep shining. ✨

Ships from note: Orders shipping within your country usually don’t incur import duties. Cross-border shipments can.
U.S. customers: Many items ship from our U.S. partner facilities (no import fees at delivery). If your item ships from Canada, U.S. Customs may charge duties/taxes depending on value and origin—even with our updated pricing to cover most tariffs. U.S. import rules (including Section 301 tariffs) are set by the government and can change.
Outside the U.S./Canada: Your local customs may charge VAT/GST and/or duties based on local laws.
Who pays: These government-imposed fees (if any) are not charged by us. Carriers may collect them on delivery. We can’t mark items as gifts or undervalue parcels. Duties, taxes, and tariffs, if applied, are always the buyer’s responsibility. Pink Sky Sparkle is not responsible for these fees.
