No. Pink Sky Sparkle is an independent, Canadian-owned small business, run by a mother and daughter team. We are not affiliated with Pink Sky or any other brand. Our products are sold exclusively on our official website and through our Etsy shop. We do not sell in any physical retail stores or through any other third-party marketplaces.

Where are your products made?

We design everything in Canada. Many items (like phone cases and apparel) are made to order with our trusted North American partners. Select products are sourced from vetted manufacturers overseas.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and product ordered. Enter your address at checkout to confirm if we can ship to your location.

Will I have to pay customs fees or duties?

Duties / Taxes / Customs Fees

Import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, and tariffs are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. We don’t charge or control these fees—carriers may collect them at delivery. We can’t mark orders as gifts or undervalue parcels. Pink Sky Sparkle is not responsible for any customs charges, duties, taxes, VAT/GST, or other government-imposed fees.

U.S. Customers 🇺🇸:

Many items ship from our U.S. partner facilities (typically no import fees at delivery). If your item ships from Canada, U.S. Customs may charge duties/taxes depending on value and origin.

We’ve increased U.S. shipping rates on Canada-shipped items to help cover tariff fees we may pay at the time of shipping, but customs can still apply additional charges in some cases. Any additional government fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical address at checkout to avoid delays.

Where do orders ship from?

Items ship from our studio in Canada. Made to order items ship directly from our trusted partner facilities in Canada and the U.S. to keep delivery quick and shipping fees lower. (Some items may arrive in separate parcels.)

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your order details and tracking number when your order is ready to ship. You can track your order using your order or tracking number on our order tracking page.
