- If your order has not yet been sent to production, we can usually make the change. However, as noted below, if the order has already been sent to production, NO changes will be made.
Cancellations:
- Once an order is placed and paid for, it unfortunately cannot be cancelled, and once it has been sent to production we’re unable to make changes.

- Processing time typically takes 1–7 business days.
Shipping
- Your order ships directly from our trusted fulfillment partners in the U.S.
- We do not ship to PO boxes, so please enter a valid street address to avoid delivery delays.

Return Policy
Made-to-order / printed clothing is final sale due to the custom nature of production.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please refer to our full policy linked below for instructions on how to initiate a return. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

- Wash inside out, in cold water (max 30C or 90F), on gentle cycle;
- Do not use heavy fabric softeners;
- Do not bleach;
- Tumble dry low or allow to air dry;
- Iron, steam or dry: low heat (avoid ironing directly on the design);
- Do not dryclean.
